PANE IN THE GLASS PRODUCTIONS

 ELECTRICITY BETWEEN YOU AND ME

Electricity between you and me,
Stirs feelings deep in my soul.
Cuts a diamond out of coal
From a heart that is not free.

A wink, a laugh and a smile
Caught me by surprise,
Interest I could not disguise.
Meet you in a little while.

A touch of cheek as we speak
Sends shivers down my spine.
Our hands connect and intertwine,
And make my body weak.

And later as we kiss goodnight,
It’s all that I can do
To keep from loving you,
But time just isn’t right.

And as we go out from this place,
I’ll not forget the feel
Of really feeling real,
Or the softness of your face.
